Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned unless they are damaged. Fragrances, cosmetics, body lotions, bath gels and bath salts are not returnable. If not defective, items will incur a twenty percent restocking fee. All items eligible for return must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:
Date of return request must be no later than 30 days past date of order.
You must have a return authorization number issued by customer service (see below for obtaining a return authorization number).
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to the sender and shipping cost of return will be charged.
To return items that meet the conditions stated above:
Contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Our staff is available Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm cst at our toll-free nmber:1-866-388-0054.
Write down the return authorization (RA) number given to you by the customer service representative. WE WILL NOT PROCESS, RETURN, OR REFUND AMOUNTS FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED WITHOUT A VALID RA NUMBER.
Ship the item back to us using the address provided by customer service. Include the RA number in the shiping address.
For your security, please return items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Avant Guarde Mall is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault we will pay ground shipping return postage costs.
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
